Eco-Partner is an accreditation system for environmental quality control evaluation that evaluates business partners whether substances used for supplied parts and raw materials comprising the products of Samsung complies with control standard of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and such partners keep organization and control system that may properly implement quality control of relevant substances based on EU RoHs law (a law prohibiting use of environmentally hazardous substance) being effective from November, 2006.
